First Friday 5 – 8PM
Visit Downtown Sandy for a night on the town! Participating Downtown Sandy merchants will stay open late with special offerings for customers including in-store specials, samples, wine and beer tasting, sales, drawings and more. In 2013, First Friday will be held on the following dates: April 5th, May 3rd, June 7th (no First Friday in July), August 2nd, September 6th and October 4th.
Downtown Sandy Market 10AM – 2PM
The Downtown Sandy Market is a monthly market featuring local produce, flowers, arts and crafts, food, and much more. The market is held on the first Saturday of the month. In 2013, the market will be held at the AEC Building, 39085 Pioneer Blvd., behind City Hall in the parking lot, and at the Sandy Community Center, 38348 Pioneer Blvd. The market will be held on the following dates: February 2nd – AEC Building, March 2nd – AEC Building, April 6th – AEC Building, May 4th – AEC Building, June 1st – behind City Hall, July 6th – behind City Hall, August 3th – behind City Hall, September 7th – behind City Hall, October 5th – behind City Hall, November 2nd – AEC Building, and December 7th at the Sandy Community Center. Bring the kids to Downtown Sandy for a fun & safe trick or treating experience. Visit local merchants for sweet treats and other surprises. Don’t forget your camera — photo ops are available with one of the Sandy Main Street Halloween backdrops at the UPS Store, 38954 Proctor Blvd, Chariteas, 38687 Proctor Blvd., or the Sandy Historical Museum, 39345 Pioneer.
